Methods: Spermatic cord from the inguinal ring to the extermal ring wa di ected and mea ured on 30 adult male cadaver pecimen . Results:The permatic duct lied in the po terior and medial of the permatic cord. The te ticle artery wa in the center of permatic cord and urrounded by pampiniform plexu .The ilioinguinal nerve wa at the lateral while the genital branch of genitofermoral nerve wa at the medial to the permatic cord. Conclusions: The permatic duct and te ticular artery hould be protected, while the genital branche of genitofermoral nerve could be denervated during operation. It i an effective te ticular paring urgical alter- mative for the treatment of chronic orchialgia.
