高级计划排程系统在马钢新区板带生产中应用和分析 何诗兴 张吾胜 (马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司自动化工程公司，马鞍山 243011) 1 摘 要 高级计划排程系统(APS)是一种基于供应链管理和约束理论的先进计划与排产工具，可以解决瓶颈工序和准 时交货等问题。本文通过分析钢铁企业产销一体化计划管理流程，介绍了马钢新区板带信息化系统结构和计划管理 主要功能。企业资源计划系统（ERP ）负责资源整体的优化控制并根据物料需求计划（MRP ）逻辑确立产销关系； 高级计划与排程系统按照 ERP 下发的生产订单链，完成有限产能与生产约束条件下机组生产作业的组织和优化。 APS 系统介于 ERP 与制造执行系统（MES ）之间，接受ERP 系统下达的销售订单和生产订单，进行生产计划与作 业排程。马钢新区生产计划体系是基于有限能力计划进行生产评估与平衡，通过 APS 系统与 ERP 系统集成实现有 限产能和工艺约束条件的订单交货期承诺。 关键词 高级计划排程 APS ERP 交货期承诺 生产计划管理 Application and Analyzes of Advanced Planning and Scheduling System in Magang New Strip Plant He Shixing Zhang Wusheng (Automation Engineering Company of Maanshan Iron Steel Co., Ltd., Ma’anshan, 243011) Abstract Advanced Planning and Scheduling system (APS) is a planning and scheduling tool based on the supply chain management and the constraint theory, it is used for solve the problem of the bottleneck process and delivery in time. In accordance with analysis the planning process of iron and steel enterprise production and marketing integration, this paper introduce the structure and main functions of Magang new strip plant IT system. Enterprise Resource Planning system(ERP) response for the global resource optimization and confirm the relation between production and marketing according with the logic of Material Requirement Planning(MRP). According with production order chain from ERP, the Advanced Planning and Scheduling system response for production line scheduling and optimization under limited product capacity and the constraint of technology.
