34 7 ELECT RONIC MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY 20117 胡鸿志 ( 桂林电子科技大学电子工程与自动化学院桂林 541004) : 1 , AVR ( PWM) , ,, PD ; , , , : ;; ;PWM : TP29 : Research on a novel low frequency electrical pulse physiotherapy instrument Hu Hongzhi ( Institute of Electronic Engineering, Guilin University of Electronic T echnology, Guilin 541004, China) Abstract: Low frequency electrical pulse physiotherapeutic instrument is used w idely in Home Health Care.A low cost design of physiotherapeutic instrument based on the Pulse-Width Modulation function of AVR single chip is described in this paper. Signal process, pow er amplification and the PWM function of AVR is utilized in this physiotherapeutic instrument to control the output electrical pulse and the temperature of medical package. Furthermore, the classical PD control algorithm is used in this instrument to improve the precision and characteristic of output temperature.T he test result indicates that the physiotherapeutic instrument is reliable, easy operation, convenient, and good for relieving the muscular fatigue and pain.
