低聚木糖对白羽王鸽生产性能的影响研究

(1. 江阴市威特凯鸽业有限公司,江苏 江阴 214415;2. 南京农业大学动物科技学院南京 210095(目的)本研究旨在观察(xylooligosaccharides)对生性能、的影响及其机理探讨。(方法)(结果)结果表明:基础日粮中低聚木糖质量分数为0.02%组、0.03%组的产蛋率均显著高于空白对照组(P0.05)(P0.0)(P0.0)(P0.05)(P0.05)(结论)在蛋鸽基础日粮中添加质量分数为0.02%和0.03%的低聚木糖试验组比空白对照组分别提高8.73%和4.99%饲养效益。

The Research of Xylooligosaccharides on Application of White Wing Pigeon Production

(Abstract:(Objective)This experiment was conducted to study the effect of xylooligosaccharides(XOS) on production performance, egg quality and approach to its mechanism in layers’ pigeon. (Method)1920 only randomly divided into four groups of white wing Pigeon, each group of four groups in the diet, respectively, and add 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03% xylooligosaccharides, the group and blank. (Result)Results showed that 0.02% and 0.03% xylooligosaccharides laying rate group were significantly(P0.05)higher than the average daily control and egg are significantly(P0.01) higher than the total weight of each other in the total weight of eggs and feed/egg ratio were significantly(P0.01)higher than the average daily control. Egg quality comparison analysis results show that:the eggs yolk and eggshell percentage, eggshell thickness, the Hamiltonian units, the difference was not significant(P0.05), shell strength has obvious increases(P0.05). (Conclusion)0.02% and 0.03% of xylooligosaccharides were supplemented in the pigeon egg based diet, they were increased 8.73% and 4.99% raise benefit than the blank control group, respectively.
