初论管理学理论统一的“研究对象” 　——管理学基础理论的哲学建构之一 谭人中 广州铁路集团公司信息技术所长沙分所 摘要：管理理论陷入“丛林” 困境，存在令其难以发展的根源性问题： 1 ．没有统一的 “研究对象” ，使 理论缺乏统一的条件；2 ．没有统一的规律，亦使事物在整体发展上无规律可循。这两个问题的存在，乃 囿于人们对现象观察视界的局限。本文的贡献在于通过“视界”的把握，从现象学的立场阐释出现象、状 态、现象本质的基本概念，填补了海德格尔“存在与存在者”这对哲学概念的内涵；并从实践中观察到“秩 序与混乱”现象所具有的普遍性特征，从而分析、论证了其在管理活动中的一般性意义、 遵循辩证法最一 般发展规律，进而从哲学上作出：“秩序与混乱是世界存在基本状态”的判断，为确立秩序与混乱成为管 理学理论统一的研究对象，奠定了哲学的基础。 关键词： 观察视界； 统一研究对象；存在与存在者； 现象基本状态； 辩证法； 同一性之贯通原 理 　the beginning of a unified theory of management theory research objects 　　　　　　　 ——Management, one of the basic theory of the philosophy of building Tan Renzhong Guangzhou railroad Group information technology Changsha Branch Abstract ：Management theory into a quot;junglequot; dilemma, there are make it difficult to develop the root causes of problems: 1.
