Raising the level of education and health is the source formation of human capital. Based on the analysis of the relationship between human capital and economic growth, the abstract gives us an understanding of the important role of human capital in economic development. The abstract analyzes the current situation of human capital from the aspects of education received, research status and health level etc. And the same time it also combines situation date of education, science and health that connect to human capital and refers to Qinghai 1996-2004 average level of education receive census data. By doing this, the abstract shows us the local stock of human capital and changes in trend. Comparing the human capital of Qinghai with that of other provinces, we get to know the position of Qinghai human capital nationwide. By comparision, the abstract makes some suggestions to speed up the accumulation of human capital of Qinghai and hope for a positive role in enhancing qualities of human capital of Qinghai.
