Among 78 amplified fragments 61(78.2%) were polymorphic. In 0.23 dissimilarity distance cluster analysis revealed the existence of five distinct genetic groups. The results showed that genetic similarity of these strains was low and there were obvious genetic variations in DNA level. The heterosis in the crossing combinations was measured according to the genetic distance of the parents. The results revealed that high productive hybrids were obtained by crossing parents with larger genetic distances.
