Under this big background, as a relatively fragile province in ecological environment, during the course of the economy development and social progress in the new period, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region must also attach great importance to a series of ecological environment problems that were caused in the early economic development, depends on the physical strength of the local government and the whole society to jointly promote the ecological civilization construction of the autonomous region under the guidance of system view.
