But the neck of small incision thyroid surgery technology development imbalance ， there are some unsolved problems need specification ， has not been an accepted ， specification ， more beauty ， can deal with all kinds of thyroid disease surgery path ， need further research and exploration. Precision neck small incision thyroid surgery is the development direction of the future. 【Key Words 】 Thyroidectomy Small incision Actuality Progress 甲状腺疾病常见于女性，采用颈部小切口手术技巧使颈部 好的适应证；②囊性结节直径可以超过 5 cm ；③肿大的原发或 手术的切口大为缩小， 既满足了治疗疾病和减轻痛苦的目的， 继发性甲状腺功能亢进 ；④无淋巴结转移并且无局部侵犯 的低 又达到了患者对术后颈部美容的需要。
