论文题目：素质教育视阈下高职院校的艺术教育研究 专  业：思想政治教育 硕 士 生：裴红胜 指导教师：赖雄麟  摘  要  （签名） （签名） 高职院校按照现代社会分工细化的特点，将专业设置得愈来愈细密，注重理论知识 的灌输，忽视了受教育者创新能力的培养，片面强调实践技能的掌握，忽略了受教育者 健全精神世界的建构，一定程度上抑制了受教育者的全面发展。 艺术教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分，在高职院校的人才培养方面起着不可替代 的作用。艺术教育理应承担 授艺 与 育人 的双重责任，通过课堂教学、课外活动 等多种形式，使学生充分陶冶性情、交流思想、完善品格，进而将学生培养成懂美、爱 美且具高尚职业道德的人。 本文通过席勒的 审美至善论 对当今教育的影响和启示；探讨了素质教育视阈下 高职院校 美善相谐 艺术教育实施的原则和内涵；在对山西省晋东南部分高职院校艺 术教育存在的问题进行调查、分析的基础上，进一步提出了 美善相谐 实施的基本策 略和具体措施，以期为其他高职院校艺术教育的实践提供一些有益的启示。 高职教育不能没有艺术教育。加强艺术教育不仅是提高高职学生整体素质的有效方 法，而且是帮助高职学生培养高尚的职业道德，提升高职毕业生就业能力的有效手段。 高职院校加强艺术教育，要有科学的途径和方法，在笔者看来， 美善相谐 育不失为最佳选择，这也是本文的创新之处。 关 键 词：素质教育；高职院校；艺术教育；美善相谐 研究类型：应用研究 的艺术教 Paper topic：The Art Education Study of Higher Vocational School in Quality Education Scope Specialty  ：Ideological Political Education Name  ：Pei Hongsheng  (Signature) Instructor ：Lai Xionglin  (Signature) ABSTRACT Professional settings have become increasingly detailed in accordance with the characteristics of Vocational Specialization, focused on the inculcation of theoretical knowledge, ignored the innovation ability of the educated, one-sided emphasis on practice and skill mastery, ignored the educated sound construction of the spiritual world, to some extent inhibited the full development of the educated.
