四川警察学院 自 考 本 科 毕 业 论 文 论抢劫犯罪案件的特点、原因及对策 年 级 　 2008届 姓 名 周 霞 专 业 侦　查　学 指导教师 姚　成　高 2011年2月28日 摘 要 抢劫犯罪案件是所有侵犯财产罪中是最具暴力性的一种犯罪，与杀人、伤害、强奸等主要暴力犯罪相互交织、重叠以及相互转换，严重危及公民的安全感，而近年来，抢劫犯罪案件的频频发生，给社会治安带来了极大危害。经过持续的“严打”和专项治理，抢劫犯罪猖獗的势头虽有所遏制，但抢劫犯罪的发案率仍然很高。为此，无论从打击犯罪的工作战略考虑还是顺从广大群众的迫切要求，都必须把预防和打击抢劫犯罪列为当前工作的重点，因此研究抢劫犯罪的特点、成因及对策具有极其重要的现实意义。 本文通过大量的社会调查分析，概括出了当前我国抢劫犯罪案件的新特点：在校学生作案现象突出，犯罪人作案时间由晚上向白天逐渐的扩大，新型犯罪手段盛行，案件的转化性增强，被抢人有了固定的范围，作案人关系由有一定的亲戚关系向关系不清楚的现象发展。并从社会因素、犯罪嫌疑人因素、被害人自身因素以及其他方面的因素分析了当前我国抢劫犯罪案件多发的原因。提出了完善社会机制，净化社会风气，加强社会主义精神文明建设，从源头上抵制犯罪动机的形成，加强防范打击力度，严厉惩处犯罪分子，加强外来人口的整治工作，提高群众的整体防范意识和自防能力等遏制我国当前抢劫犯罪案件多发现象的对策。 关键词：抢劫犯罪案件 原因 特点 对策 racteristics of Robbery Crimes, Causes and Countermeasures Robbery is the crime of all crimChaes against property is the most violent of a crime, and homicide, injury, rape and other major crimes of violence are intertwined, overlapping and mutual conversion and seriously endanger the security of citizens, but in recent years, robbery cases occur frequently, to bring great harm to social order.
