锅炉控制及PLC应用 　　摘要: 在当今各种工业企业的动力设备中，锅炉仍然是一重要的组成部分。随着现代化工业的飞速发展，对能源利用率的要求越来越高，作为将一次能源转化为二次能源的重要设备之一的锅炉，其控制和管理随之要求越来越高。但在我们国家，除了一些大中型锅炉采用了先进的控制技术外，绝大多数中小企业所用的锅炉，如1OT/h、2OT/h锅炉，大部分还在采用仪表/继电器控制，甚至还是人工操作，自动投入率一直不高，造成电站锅炉运行工况很不稳定，燃烧效率低，厂用电率高，严重影响锅炉的安全经济运行，如何提高中小型电站锅炉的安全、经济运行水平，减少事故，提高设备(系统)效率，降低煤耗和厂用电率，成为一个亟待解决的问题。随着经济和科技水平的不断提高，节能和环保也被提上日程，越来越受到全世界人民的重视。因此，锅炉燃烧系统对于锅炉的燃烧控制也提出了全新的要求，为此在深刻分析锅炉原控制系统的基础上，针对锅炉控制系统在应用上的问题提出用可编控制器PLC 锅炉控制系统的应用。当前PLC应用中存在的这些问题，在一定程度上阻碍了它的推广应用，有的造成了不应有的经济损失，因此值得有关方面给予重视。笔者就锅炉控制及PLC的应用作一浅析。 　　关键词：锅炉控制；PLC研究；应用 　　Abstract: in todays all kinds of industrial enterprise of power equipment, remains an important part of the boiler.
