毕业论文 （20_ _届） 余姚塑料模具企业人员流失原因与对策 摘 要 模具，尤其是塑料模具，不但是余姚的传统产业，而且也是余姚经济的重要支柱。余姚模具业已有30多年的发展历史，特别是近10年来，在市场经济的推动下，在政府机构和相关企业的努力下，余姚的模具发展很快，被业界公认为“塑料模具之乡”。现代经济的竞争，上是产品的竞争，实际却是人才的竞争。人力资本是企业保持竞争优势的源泉。 Abstract Mold,especially the plastic mold,is not only the traditional industries of Yuyao,but also an important pillar of the economy in Yuyao.Mold industry in Yuyao has a development history more than 30 years.Especially in the past 10 years,driven by the market economy and in the efforts of government agencies and related businesses,Yuyao Mold has developed rapidly and Yuyao is called “plastic mold town”in industry.Competition in the modern economy is not the competition in product on the surface,but the competition in talent actually.Stable and efficient human capital is the source of enterprises to maintain competitive advantage.In recent years,loss of Yuyao plastic mold business people has caused tremendous impact on business development. This paper through survey on business people’s loss in the plastic mold companies in Yuyao,analysis from the social,enterprise and personal of the three reasons for the loss of personnel,On this basis,improve professional development opportunities,the level of employee salaries and benefits,improve the working environment and relationships,good match to the recruitment of customs staff, establishment of a standardized personnel system aspect,sproposed mitigation Yuyao plastic mold corporate officers of the loss of a series of measures, expecting to improve the situation of business people turnover in Yuyao’s plastic mold industry.
