MET ODS E idemiological methods combined w ith clinical ros ective survey methods w ere erformed in 4260 cases of hos italized atients from Jan 2006 to Jun 2009, the infect ion rates, infection sites, athogen ins ect ion and risk factors w ere retros ectively analyzed. RESULTSAmong 4260 cases in the study, 370 cases ( 3. 76%) w ere w ith nosocomial infections, from them 65 cases of res iratory tract infection, 45 cases of surgical incision infection, 32 cases of urinary tract infect ion and 18 cases of the others; the athogen ins ection was carried out to 130 cases, from them, 90 cases ( 69. 23%) w ere det ected w ith athogenic microorganisms, of w hich 48 cases w it h Gram ositive cocci, 30 cases w ith Gram negative bacteria and 12 cases with fungi. The elderly , merged wit h other diseases, invasive o erat ions and rolonged hos ital st ay are the risk factors for nosocomial infect ion.
