A flexible use was made of such means as management by objectives and systems engineering so as to achieve accuracy , rationality and practical features. Consequently ,our hospital ranked first among the general hospitals of all military areas and arms of services in the number of its published research papers , remained for 11 successive years on a sound cycle of development in this aspect ,and was praised by the PLA Health Deparment as the leader of all its counterparts
