To protect SAP production environment and business operation from conflict and/or unaligned changes. 保护SAP的应用环境和业务运作不受互相冲突的或/和没有沟通好的变更影响. Change Initiator / Builder: Fully tests the change, make sure it work as expected and no negative to other functionalities before submitting the RFC; Fills in RFC and submits testing result with RFC to change coordinator; Participates in reviewing a change.
