湖南化工职业技术学院 毕 业 论 文 题 目： 蛭石负载壳聚糖处理重金属铬的研究 院系名称： 应用化学系 专业班级： 工业分析与检验 学生姓名： 朱洁瑕 学 号： 201012010154 指导老师： 石 慧 2012 年 12 月 10 日 摘 要 蛭石在自然界里在的溶液中由黑云母等矿物产生是一种天然、无毒的，在高温作用下会膨胀的矿物。壳聚糖是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质经过脱乙酰作用得到的，化学名称为聚胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖 壳聚糖壳聚糖大分子中有活泼的羟基和氨基，考察了吸附时间、pH、吸附剂用量对壳聚糖吸附水中的影响 ,对等温吸附规律及吸附性能作了探讨。结果表明0.1，吸附剂用量为12g/L，吸附时间为60 min，pH值为6，废液中铬的初始质量浓度为100mg/L，此工艺条件下，Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为83%以上。复合吸附剂对铬离子的吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温线，蛭石负载壳聚糖复合吸附剂对铬离子的吸附符合一级动力学方程。 关键字: 蛭石 壳聚糖 吸附 废水处理 Title Vermiculite load chitosan treatment wastewater chromium research Abstract Vermiculite in the hot springs of the solution in the world of nature by biotite is a natural, non-toxic minerals under high temperature expansion of the mineral. Chitosan is widely exists in nature chitin after deacetylation, the chemical name for polydextrose amine (1-4) -2 - amino-BD glucose, chitosan is chitin deacetylated product of the chitosan macromolecules reactive hydroxyl and amino groups, with a strong chelating adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions. This article examines the adsorption time, pH, adsorbent dosage of chitosan adsorption chromium wastewater Isothermal Adsorption and adsorption properties are discussed. The results show that: chitosan with vermiculite mass ratio is 0.1, adsorbent dosage of 12 g / L, adsorption time of 60 min, and the pH value of 6, the initial mass of the liquid waste chromium concentration of 100 mg / L, and the process conditions under, Cr (Ⅵ) removal efficiency of more than 83%.
