（2013届） 毕业设计（论文） 小型液压挖掘机液压系统及动臂缸的设计 学 院（部）： 机械工程系 专 业： 机电一体化 学 生 姓 名： 朱灿欢 班 级： 机电1011 学号201013010118 指导教师姓名： 管文华 职称 副教授 最终评定成绩 2012年 11 月 摘 要 文章主要介绍小型挖掘机的液压系统的设计和有关计算。首先介绍小型挖掘机的工作概况及性能参数的设计要求，并根据性能参数来选择主要的工作元件。接着介绍液压系统中各个工作装置的工作原理，了解挖掘机的行走，工作台的回转运动，铲斗、动臂、斗杆的工作情况，以及运动过程中油液的流动方向。然后对工作装置的驱动进行设计，包括液压缸主要参数的设计及液压缸工作时主要参数的计算，并根据具体情况为液压缸设计缓冲装置。最后，举例说明液压系统的压力损失和压力损失计算，并对管接头和管道的连接情况和主要参数进行详细介绍，提供选择元件的依据。 关键词： 液压系统 小型挖掘机 压力损失 ABSTRACT This article mainly presents the design and relevant calculation of the hydraulic system in the mini excavator. First of all, the general information is displayed in such aspects as how the mini excavator works, what performance parameters are required in designing and how to choose the major components according to the parameters. Secondly, the article presents the working principle of every part in the hydraulic system to understand how the excavator walks, how the workbench turns around, how the bucket, the arm and the boom respectively works. At the same time the flowing direction of the oil is also presented. After that, it reveals the design of the drive of the working settings including the design of the major parameters of the hydraulic cylinder and its calculation at work. The cushion setting is designed based on special situation. In the end, the examples are taken to present the press loss of the hydraulic system and its calculation. The information about the pipe′s tie-in and the pipe′s linking as well as the major parameters is presented in detail to provide reference for the choice of the components.
