And the overall management style has yet changed into an modem management mode which the top management pursues. All these problems implies the urgent needs of enforcing further organizational changes. By comparing with an international AirportCopenhagen Airport, and one of the best managed airport in China, Beijing Capital International Airport, the essay concludes with series of measurements to the challenges that Meilan Airport facing. Further enhance the specialization of the services the airport provides through outsourcing or third party management; futher enhance strategic change management through setting up a strategic management department which is directly responsive to the Chief Executive Officer; streamline management/power structures, and ensure that responsibility, right and interests of different parties are balanced; further streamline operation procedures and ensure better customer services. The measurements of above mention, which have been practiced in the case study airports, may have effective practical implications to the Meilan Airport management changes.
