Proven fact that people heal faster when they feel productive, higher morale, self-esteem…. Where we have light duty status available, we ask people to come back. We don’t violate a Doctor’s orders, but we do help doctors know that we have other value-added work (restricted work or light duty work). We let person know they are missed, they are important, …..it is an overall policy of attendance that we have. * * * * Use self assessment and action planning while others are on audits.
