Conclusion 14 References 15 Acknowledgements 16  非言语跨文化交际 摘要 跨文化交际有两种方式：言语交际与非言语交际。语言是人类交流思想的工具，跨文化交际中非言语作为有声语言的补充，有着极为重要的作用。在日常生活里，我们经常使用语言作为一种有效的交流工具，但我们却忽视了非言语交际。事实上，非言语交际是交流中的重要工具。非言语交际无处不在，极待人们的关注。而在非言语交际中，体态语是非言语交际中常用的重要方式。但是由于文化差异，人们对相同的体态语有不同的理解。而文化差异难免造成文化冲突，导致交流受阻。本文针对中西的文化差异，分析跨文化非言语交际中引起的文化冲突根源并提出克服非言语行为；身势语；文化冲突；文化差异Nonverbal Cross-cultural Communication Abstract Intercultural communication can be classified into two types: verbal and nonverbal.? Both of them play an important role in intercultural communication. Nonverbal communication is a useful tool for communication, but it calls our attention urgently.
