中国大饭店管理培训生模式对业界的启示 Abstract With the fast development of tourism industry, the competetion of the hotel mananagement is becoming more and more fierce. And the characteristic of the working staffs of a hotel is mainly decided the competitive of a hotel. All these, make the cultivation of the Management Talent for the hotel as a urgent task. Especially, the set-up of Management Talent Training Modes are rationally observed from the angle of social surroundings, reality and development, and explored here is also how to build the ideas and patterns of setting up Management Talent Training modes for comprehensive, internationalized and high professional talents to meet the demand of local economic and social development. This thesis has been divided into four main sections: The first section will give a brief introduction of Management Training mode of the China World Hotel; The second part of the thesis will show the reasons and the purpose for setting up the Management Training Mode. The third section will analyze the further impact for the hotel operation. Last but not the least, coming to the forth part of the thesis, to draw the conclusion and get the inspiration as a whole. This thesis is making the “Management Talent Training mode” of China World Hotel as an example, to analyze the Management Talent Training mode in the hotel industry. And have some further discussion about the Talent Training Mode’s impact for the hotels running.
