社会主义新农村建设与乡村旅游的互动发展 摘 要 为了从根本上解决困扰我国经济发展、影响国家现代化进程的“三农”问题,国 家提出了新农村建设的口号。而乡村旅游作为一种新兴的旅游形式,是农业生产与旅 游活动的有机结合,它不但可以调整农业产业结构、促进农业发展、增加农民收入还 可以改变农村面貌、稳定农村社会、引进城市资金,可以在多方面促进我国的新农村 建设;与此同时,新农村建设也为乡村旅游的发展提供了商业环境,发展空间和政策支 持。本文即从以上角度论述了新农村建设与乡村旅游的关系，并得出了乡村旅游活动 对农村、农业、农民这三方面有积极的作用的结论。而新农村建设中所提出的使农村 发展生产、社会和谐稳定、农民生活富裕,文化建设等一系列措施也会对乡村旅游的 发展产生积极的作用。 关键词:乡村旅游;新农村建设;互动发展 I 社会主义新农村建设与乡村旅游的互动发展 Abstract In order to fundamentally solve the problem in Chinas economic development, and impact of the countrys modernization process Three Rural Issues, the countries have put forward the slogan of the new rural construction. And rural tourism as a new form of tourism, agricultural production and tourism activities of the organic combination, it not only can adjust the agricultural structure and promote the development of agriculture and increase the income of the farmers can also change the face of rural dilapidated, stable rural society, the introduction of the Town funds, and many other rural areas to promote our new building at the same time as the construction of new rural areas for the development of rural tourism business environment, development and policy support. This article is from the above perspective on the new rural development and rural tourism relations. And the rural tourism activities in the rural areas, agriculture, farmers in these three areas have a positive effect.
