石化行业蒸汽凝结水的回收与处理系统设计 摘 要 随着石油能源的锐减,石油化工市场的竞争越来越激烈,降低能耗、实现低 成本战略成为提高企业竞争能力的重要手段。凝结水因具有出水水质好、回收潜 热大等优点而成为炼厂节能降耗的重要潜力。但凝结水处理起来比较复杂,处理 不好会造成严重水击,打破设备或管线等问题。 本文在文献综述的基础上,提出了石化行业蒸汽凝结水回收与处理系统的设 计流程,并对冷凝水的闭式回收系统及隔油池、电磁过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反 渗透膜、离子交换混床进行了详细设计,系统出水达到低压锅炉给水标准。其中, 对冷凝水进行高温回收,出水与进水进行换热后再送往锅炉来回收冷凝水中的潜 热是本文的创新之处。 通过对冷凝水处理成本及回收热量的计算,验证了冷凝水回收与处理系统对 炼厂节约能源、提高系统热效率、增加经济效益、保护环境具有积极意义,有广 阔的发展前景。 关键词:蒸汽凝结水,闭式回收,活性炭过滤,反渗透 I 石化行业蒸汽凝结水的回收与处理系统设计 Abstract With the sharp drop in oil, the competition in petrochemical market become more and more fierce, and lower consumption of energy, achieve low-cost strategy become an important way to enhance their competitiveness. The water condensate is the major potential of saving energy and reducing consumption in refineries due to its good water quality and the abundant latent heat. However, the treatment of water condensate is very complicated, and the wrong handling will cause serious water hammer, breaking equipment or pipelines and so on. Based on the literature, the design process of recovery and treatment systems of the water condensate of petrochemical industry comes up in this paper, and the closed recovery system of water condensate and grease trap, electromagnetic filters, activated carbon filters, reverse osmosis membranes, mixed bed of ion exchange are designed detailed, the out water of this system achieve the standards of low pressure boiler feed water. The water condensate recycling in high temperature, feed water to the boiler after a heat exchanger to recover latent heat is the innovation of this paper.
