三维数据重建技术的研究与应用 摘 要 医学图像三维重建是目前研究的一个热点问题，在诊断医学、手术规划及模 拟仿真、整形及假肢外科、放射治疗规划、解剖教学等方面都有重要应用。因此， 对医学图像三维重建的研究，具有重要的学术意义和应用价值。 本文主要研究医学图像的三维重建算法，以及各种算法的特点与应用。并深 入探讨移动立方体（Marching Cubes ）算法。Marching Cubes 算法是三维数据场 等值面生成的经典算法，也是体素单元内等值面抽取技术的代表，可以适用于医 学图像序列。文中介绍了 Marching Cubes 算法的基本思想、实现方法，分析了 存在的问题，论述了二义性消除的方法及重建效果，最后设计开发出了一个基于 Marching Cubes 算法的医学三维重建系统,用此系统重构了一个人体头部的三维 形体。 关键词：三维重建，头颅，移动立方体算法,医学影像 I 三维数据重建技术的研究与应用 Abstract 3D reconstruction from medical images is a multi-disciplinary subject.It is an important application of computer graphics and image processing in biomedicine engineering.It is relates to the subjects of digital image processing,computer graphics and some related knowledge of medical.3D reconstruction and visualization of medical images are widely used in diagnostic,surgery planning and simulating,plastic and artificial limb surgery,radiotherapy planning,and teaching in anatomy.Study on 3D reconstruction from medical images has important significance on science and worthiness practical application. This dissertation,mostly studies the algorithm of 3D reconstruction from medical images, and the characteristics and application of every kind of algorithm. Thorough study the Marching Cubes algorithm, Marching Cubes algorithm, which can be applied to medical image sequence ,is not only classical algorithm of 3D data base equivalent curved surface, but also the represent of the technology which is about extracting the inside element ‘s equivalent curved surface (that is cubes) .The dissertation introduces the basic idea of Marching Cubes algrithm and its implementation,existing problems,eliminating two
