建筑物负荷分析及空调系统设计 摘 要 近年来，随着人民生活水平的提高，空调产业得到很大发展。空调负荷是进 行空调系统设计的主要参考，关系到整个空调系统的经济性及能耗，因此有必要 对负荷进行分析，在满足设计要求的基础上尽可能的降低系统能耗，减少初投资 和运行费用，提高空调系统的经济性和节能性。 本设计是对北京一幢别墅的负荷进行研究，分别用建筑环境模拟软件 DeST(Desinger’s Simulation Toolkit)和人工计算两种不同的方法对别墅的负 荷进行计算，根据计算结果进行对比分析，在此基础上进行别墅的空调系统设计， 依据别墅住宅的特点，选取合理的空调方案，对比分析后选用大金VRVⅢ系列机 型。确定新风方案，建筑物新风由窗扇通过自然通风供给。从DeST软件得出的别 墅负荷，选取合适的室内机和室外机，并对风道，冷媒配管以及冷凝水管进行设 计！ 关键词：负荷计算，DeST软件，空调系统，VRV II 建筑物负荷分析及空调系统设计 Abstract In recent years,with the improvement of people’s life,the air conditioner industry has got great development. The load of the air-conditioning ,which is the main reference of the air-conditioning system’s design,has great relation with the whole system’s economic perfomence and energy consumption,so it is necessary to analysis the load in order to cut down the energy consumption, reduce the primary investment ,improve the system’s economic perfomence and energy perfomence basing on the satisfaction of design request. In this paper ,the load of a lilla in Beijing was studied and researched,two different methoeds were used to caluculate the load ,one method is using the sofeware DeST ,the other one is using manpower calculation,then contrast and analyze the two results,and design a air-conditioning system for the villa in the foundation of before.According to the charicteristics of the villa,select reasonable air-conditioning system, DAIKIN VRVⅢ series units were selected after contrast.The fresh air program was confirmed as providing
