森林公安信息系统信访管理 摘 要 森林公安信息系统信访管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包 括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立 起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完 备,易使用等特点。 因此本人按照国家林业局的要求，对 ORACLE 数据库管理系统、SQL 语言原 理、InternetDev 应用程序设计，ASP 技术进行了较深入的学习和应用，主要完成对 森林公安信息系统信访管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析，并 由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。系统运行结果证明，本文所设计的森林公安信 息系统信访管理系统可以满足国家林业局的需要。 该系统实现了信访查询，信访浏览，信访反馈，信访统计四个功能模块。 设计充分利用 InternetDev 、ORACLE 数据库技术的强大力量，提高了编程效 率和可靠性。 关键词：ORACLE，ASP,信访管理 I 森林公安信息系统信访管理 Abstract The system of nation forest police’s managing letter visit is a typical application of managing information system （know as MIS ）,which mainly includes building up data-base of back-end and developing the application interface of front-end. The former required consistency and integrality and security of data. The later should make the application powerful and easily used. So in accordance with the need of Nation Forest Institute,I have carried on the deeply study and application of the system of Database, the principle of SQL,the program design of InternetDev and the technology of ASP,mainly completed the application need,module demarcate,the design of Database’s pattern of the system of nation forest police’s managing letter visit,and thereof design the Database structure and application program.The result of system’s running, the system of nation forest police’s managing letter visit can meet the Nation Forest Institute’s need.
