家用暖霸控制器设计 摘    要  近年来，随着经济的发展，传统的采暖方法面临许多问题，要求有一种新型 的加热装置来满足人们的生活要求。在这种形势下，电取暖器应运而生。电暖器 是一种将电能转换成热能的装置。在运行方面,这种采暖装置调节灵活,使用方便。 而且，电暖器不会对使用地区产生污染，符合现代人的生活节奏和追求健康的生 活时尚。所以，电暖器的问世，不仅可以改善我国的城市能源消耗结构及城市环 境，还可以极大节省用户的采暖费用，对我国的节能及环保事业具有重要意义。 电暖器产生后，随着科技的发展和用户需求的不断提高，其控制器功能不断完善、 强大，后又俗称暖霸。 本文结合目前市面上的各种电暖器的功能，以51单片机为核心，采用汇编语 言设计，实现了电暖器的智能控制，例如风机、摇头等，同时还加入了预约、定 时关机和功率调节功能。其中预约和定时关机功能用同一组数码管显示，通过软 件上设标志位来分别显示，硬件上节约了成本。本文对该控制器的设计过程进行 了详细地介绍，包括控制方案的分析，硬件的各个模块电路的选择对比，软件的 功能分析以及软件的流程图设计。并且程序和硬件部分都经过调试并已成功，系 统功能均已实现。 关键词：51系列单片机，汇编语言，智能控制，功率调节 I 家用暖霸控制器设计 Abstract  In recent years, with the development of the economy, traditional heating method faces many problems. With the improvement of people’s life and the problems, the electric heater comes into being. Electric heater is a device which can convert the electricity into heat. This kind of heater doesn’t bring pollution, and meet the life pace of the modern people and the fashion of pursuing healthy. Therefore, the electric heater can not only improve the frame of our city’s energy consumption and the city’s environment, but also have great meaning to the energy-saving and environment protection of our country. In this text, combined with the production in the market, the electric heater is designed with the 51 single chip microcontrollers as the core, using the Assembly language.
