加湿机控制器的设计 摘 要 加湿机是一种对环境湿度进行调节的产品，目前已广泛应用于日常生活和生 产中。本文主要介绍了加湿机控制器的硬件设计和软件设计。阐述了在硬件设计过 程中微控制器的选择与显示电路的选择，以及在软件设计中各子程序的设计思想等 方面。 该控制器实现的主要功能是对于环境的湿度进行自动控制。即由湿度传感电路 测得电压模拟量，将此值输入单片机，进行 A/D 转换后，与用户预先设定的湿度 期望值进行比较，进而控制外部电路实现对环境的加湿。设计中引入了回滞控制的 思想。此外，用户还可以方便地在控制面板上对手动、自动模式，高速、低速进行 选择。 该加湿机控制器的设计，采用目前世界上流行的由美国 Microchip 公司生产的 PIC16F873 单片机作为微控制器，这是一种功耗低，价格低，速度快，驱动能力强 的性价比较高的芯片。该控制器实现的只是对湿度的粗略控制。 关键词：加湿，控制，PIC 单片机， II 加湿机控制器的设计 Abstract Humidifier is a machine of controlling the environmental humidity. It is widely used in everyday life and manufacture. In this paper, the hardware and software of humidifier controller have designed. The choice of micro-controller and display unit during the process of the hardware design and the design thought of subprogram during the process of the software design are also expounded. The mostly function of this controller is to actualize the automatic control for the humidity of our environment. Namely, this system can carry out works as follows: acquisition of analog signals via humidity senor, then input the value to singlechip, after the A/D convertion, use the value to compare with the desired value of humidity in advance, afterwards, control the exterior circuit to let the addition of environment humidity come true. This design refers to lag-value idea. In addition, user can select various manipulative models expediently at control panel.
