1超快冷技术在管线钢 X70 生产中的应用 王 普 陈小林 白学军 唐 帅 田 鹏 (1. 秦皇岛金属材料有限公司，秦皇岛 066326 ； 2. 东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室，沈阳 110004) 摘 要 介绍了中厚板超快速冷却技术在首钢秦皇岛金属材料有限公司的应用情况，分析了利用超快冷技术开发的 管线钢X70 组织和性能，并将之与常规ACC 生产的X70 进行比较。结果表明，利用超快速冷却技术生产管线钢 X70 ，性能稳定，合金含量低，板形良好，生产效率高，具有极大的推广应用价值。随着中厚板企业冶炼和轧制装 备及技术水平的日益提高，中厚板轧后辅助工序和技术，尤其是提高钢板强度和性能等级的轧后超快速冷却技术， 已成为国内外中厚板生产厂家降低生产成本、提高产品档次和竞争力的必然选择。 关键词 中厚板 超快冷 管线钢X70 Development and Application of Ultra Fast Cooling Technology on X70 Pipeline Steel Wang Pu Bai Xuejun Tang Shuai Chen Xiaolin Tian peng (1.Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao, 066326, 2. State Key Laboratory of Rolling Technology and Automation, Northeastern University, Shenyang, 110004) Abstract The application of the Ultra-fast-cooling technology on the Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co, Ltd was introduced. The organization and the properties of the X70 pipeline steel were also analyzed by using the UFC technology. By comparing to the X70 which is cooled by the traditional ACC device, the UFC device cooled X70 is better, because its performance is more stable, its alloy content is lower, its flatness is better and its production efficiency is higher. Thus, the application value of the UFC technology is very great. With the improving of the plate smelting and its rolling equipment, the plate auxiliary process and technology after rolling, especially the UFC technology which is can improve the steel strength and its properties grade, has become well in the plate manufacturers both home and abroad, because this technology can reduce the production costs and improve the product quality and its competitiveness.
