面向优质高效的加热炉模型技术 吕立华 邓 龙 沈际海 （宝山钢铁股份有限公司研究院，上海 201900 ） 摘 要 加热炉区域作为连铸和热轧的缓冲环节，在平衡物流、组织生产、调节温度等方面，具有不容替代的作用。 加热炉系统遵守能量守恒定律，投入的热量和消耗的热量总是平衡的，同时，加热炉传递热量的过程是不可逆的, 正是这种不可逆性，使得提高用能效率至关重要，尤其是在节能、减排、提高加热质量等方面，备受关注。本文在 宝钢环境经营理念的指导下，提出了面向优质高效的加热模型技术架构，并结合宝钢的实践，介绍了该综合模型的 相关内容；未来的工作，将着眼于产品的全生命周期，提升和推广面向优质高效的热过程模型技术，为企业创造出 更大的价值。 关键词 环境经营 加热模型 优质高效 Pre-heating Furnace Model Technology for High Quality and Great Efficiency Lv Lihua Deng Long Shen Jihai （Baosteel Technology Center Automation Institute, Shanghai, 201900 ） Abstract Furnace area is regarded as looper between casting and hot rolling, which is very important for material flow balance and production organization as well as temperature regulation etc. In particular, when dealing with energy saving and emission reduction and heating quality improving, pre-heating furnace is paid more attention. As we know, the preheating furnace is a dissipation system to obey conservation of energy law, that is to say that input energy always equals to output energy , in the meantime, the whole energy consuming is not reversible.Therefore increasing the efficiency of using energy is uppermost. In this paper, preheating model structure is proposed according to Baosteel ’s environmental operation idea, and this integrated model system is introduced combined with their application in Baosteel. In the future we will pay attention to product’s life-cycles and improve and apply continuously this technique bout high quality and great efficiency thermo-process model to gain more value for our corporation.
