    1Definitions

    ThisagreementdefinesthelicensingtermsforthesoftwareproductcalledPDFlibLite7.0.3.Thisprod-

    uctwillbereferredtoas»theprogram«inthisagreement.Theprogramisacopyrightedworkwhose

    copyrightisheldbythelicensor.

    Theprogramisdeliveredwithadigitalmanualwhichdescribesitsprogrammingfeaturesandtheir

    usage(»thedocumentation«).»Programmingsamp«shallmeanthesamplecodewhichdemon-

    stratesuseoftheprogram,andwhichispartofthedistribution.»Originaldistribution»shallmeanthe

    setofallficomprisingthesourcecodepackagefortheprogramasmadeavailablebylicensor.

    Theterm»integratedproduct«shallbeusedinthisagreementtodesignateanyproductthatismade

    upofboththeprogramandsoftwareorhardwaredevelopedormarketedbyanyotherindividualor

    organization.Integratedproductshallmeanallcomponentswhicharerequiredtomakereasonable

    useoftheaggreesoftware,evenifsuchcomponentsarenotdirectlyattachedtotheprogram.For

    example,ifintegratedproductisavirtualprinterdriverintegratedproductmeansthecompleteoper-

    atingsystem;ifintegratedproductisawordprocessorintegratedproductmeansthefullwordproces-

    sorplusauxiliarycomponents;ifintegratedproductisaWebapplicationintegratedproductmeansall

    componentsforretrieving,processing,andpresentingdata.(Thisisnotanexhaustiveenumeration.)
