    AbstractMobileInternethasbeenintegratedintoeachaspectsofourlife.Withtherapid

    developmentofdigitaleconomy,thevalueofresearchingISPcustomersinformationisincreasing

    anditsimportanceisalsoincreasing.Underthebackgroundoftheofficialimplementationofthe

    DataSecurityLawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandthePersonalInformationProtectionLaw

    ofthePeoplesRepublicofChina,thesecurityofISPcustomersinformationhasbeenincreasingly

    concernedbythewholesociety.Accordingtotherelevantrequirementsofthesecurityprotectionof

    ISPcustomersinformation,throughthepracticeandanalysisofthesecuritydetectioncombining

    dynamicdetectionandstaticdetection,thispaperproposestheinnovativedetectionschemeof“one

    scene,onecaseforthedetectionofISPcustomersinformation.Aimingattheweakpointsofthe

    securityofcustomersinformation,theschemeproposestheideaofstrengtheningthedetection

    intensity,frequencyandsupervisionandrectification,soastotightenthestringofthecustomers

    informationsecurityofISPandescorttheaccelerateddevelopmentofenterprises.
