粤式早茶在英国的跨文化传播路径

摘要：近年来，随着粤港澳大湾区的不断发展，其社会经济与文化对外影响愈发深远。粤式早茶作为粤港澳大湾区饮食文化的重要组成部分，一直备受世人青睐。但由于粤式早茶文化保守传统的特点，其在对外传播的过程中不断产生跨文化障碍，因此粤式早茶在文化传播领域并未获得新的突破。该文以粤式早茶与英式下午茶异同比较为例，结合两者之间的异同点，浅谈粤式早茶在英国的传播路径。以期进一步促进粤式早茶的对外传播，加强粤式早茶海外知名度，从而提高粤港澳大湾区的“软实力”，推动其对外文化交流与贸易，使得粤港澳大湾区在经济建设上取得更进一步的蓬勃发展。

Abstract：Inrecentyears，withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheGuangdongHongKongMacaoGreaterBayArea，itspolitical，economic，andculturalinfluenceontheoutsideworldhasbecomeincreasinglyprofound.Cantonesemorningtea，asanimportantcomponentofthefoodcultureintheGuangdongHongKongMacaoGreaterBayArea，hasalwaysbeenfavoredbytheworld.However，duetotheconservativetraditionalcharacteristicsofCantonesemorningteaculture，itconstantlycreatescross-culturalbarriersintheprocessofexternaldissemination，soCantonesestyleearlyteahasnotachievednewbreakthroughsinthefieldofculturaldissemination.ThisarticletakesthecomparisonofsimilaritiesanddifferencesbetweenCantonesemorningteaandBritishafternoonteaasanexample，andcombinesthecharacteristicsofthetwotodiscussthedisseminationpathofCantonesemorningteaintheUK;furtherpromotetheexternaldisseminationofCantonesemorningteaandstrengthenitspopularityoverseas，thusenhancingthesoftpoweroftheGuangdongHongKongMacaoGreaterBayArea，promotingitsforeignculturalexchangeandfreetrade，andenablingtheregiontoachievefurthervigorouseconomicdevelopment.
