1.SubjectofContract

1.1.Sellershallsell,butBuyershallbuythebearingsofSeller(hereinafterreferredtoas“Goods”).Theassortment,prices,quantityandvalueofGoodslotsshallbementionedintheappropriateSpecificationstothepresentContractformingitsintegralpart.

2.BasetermsofdeliveryofGoods

2.1.GoodsshallbedeliveredontermsCIF(Cost,InsuranceandFreight)Odessa,

2.2.Goodsshallbedeliveredbytruck,byseaorbyanothermeanoftransport.
