【摘要】ObjectiveTocomparethelevelsofapolipoproteinA5(apoA5),

insulinresistance(IR)andthesecretionfunctionofisletβ-cellsbetween

subjectswithimpairedfastingglucoseandimpairedglucosetolerance,

andtoinvestigatetheunderlyingpathogenesis.MethodsTwenty-three

patientswithimpairedfastingglucose(IFGgroup),24withimpaired

glucosetolerance(IGTgroup),and30individualswithnormalglucose

tolerance(NGTgroup,ascontrol)wereenrolledinpresentstudy.All

subjectsunderwentintravenousglucosetolerancetest(IVGTT).Fasting

apoA5wasassayedbyELISA.Fastingfreefattyacidandthefreefattyacid

at120minafterglucoseloadingweremeasuredbycolorimetry.Triglyeride

(TG),highdensitylipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C),lowdensitylipoprotein

cholesterol(LDL-C),totalcholesterol(TC),fastingplasmaglucose(FPG)

andplasmaglucoseat2hoursafterglucoseloading(2hPG)were

determined.Homeostasismodelassessmentsforinsulinresistance

(HOMA-IR)andforβ-cellfunction(HOMA-B)werecalculated.The

relationshipsbetweenapoA5andthoseindexesmentionedabovewere

analyzed.ResultsThelevelsofapoA5,AIR0-10,HOMA-Bweresignificantly

lowerinIFGandIGTgroupsthaninNGTgroup(P0.05),thelevelsofTG,

FFA,2hFFA,HOMA-IRandFINSweresignificantlyhigherinIFGandIGT

groupsthaninNGTgroup(P0.05).ThelevelsofapoA5,AIR0-10,HOMA-

B,FINSand2hPGweresignificantlylowerinIFGgroupthaninIGTgroup

(P0.05),thelevelsofTG,FFA,2hFFA,HOMA-IRandFPGincreased

significantlyinIFGgroupthaninIGTgroup(P0.05).ApoA5waspositively

correlatedwithAIRo-io,HOMA-BandHDL-C,andnegativelycorrelated

withTG,FFA,2hFFA,LDL-C,FPG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,MandWHR

StepwisemultipleregressionanalysisshowedthatAIR0-10,,TG,FFAand

HOMA-IRwereindependentfactorsofapoA5.Con
