PAGE PAGE I 农村脱贫后生计金融机制扶持研究 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ——以贵州地区为例 摘要：准确扶贫和精准脱贫是新时期扶贫攻坚的基本战略。金融扶贫是中国农村金融的重要组成部分和扶贫开发的重要手段。我们应该把财务工作做好，把金融安全纳入扶贫工作，因地制宜地采取有效措施，多渠道增加对贫困地区和信贷投资，解决融资困难，融资成本高和抵押贷款困难的问题。贵州农村贫困规模和贫困发生率是全国扶贫开发的第一战场和主战场。本文正是在这样的背景下，针对当前农民脱贫的政策背景，研究了贵州省农民的现行财政机制，并提出了相应的改进措施。希望能为贵州扶贫工作提供坚实的理论支撑，努力缩小城乡经济差距，促进贵州经济的稳定发展。 关键词：贵州省；农村脱贫；金融脱贫；金融机制 Abstract: Accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation are the basic strategies for poverty alleviation in the new period. Financial poverty alleviation is an important part of Chinas rural finance and an important means of poverty alleviation and development. We should do well in financial work, bring financial safety into poverty alleviation, take effective measures according to local conditions, increase investment in poverty-stricken areas and credit channels, solve difficulties in financing, high financing costs and difficulties in mortgage loans. The scale of poverty and the incidence of poverty in the rural areas of Guizhou are the first and main battlefields of the national poverty alleviation and development. Under this background, this paper studies the current financial mechanism of farmers in Guizhou Province, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures according to the current policy background of farmers poverty alleviation. We hope to provide a solid theoretical support for the work of poverty alleviation in Guizhou, to reduce the economic gap between urban and rural areas, and to promote the stable development of Guizhous economy. We hope to narrow the economic gap between urban and rural areas and promote the smooth economic development of the whole Guizhou region.
