产品安全任命书 Product safety appointment letter 为实现公司的质量安全方针和目标，确保公司产品质量体系的过程得到建立、实施、保持和持续改进，特任命倪济松为本公司产品安全负责人（PSB）。行使质量否决权，任何人不得干预，除其原职位职责外，作为质量安全负责人赋予其主要职责和权限是： １．负责按照国家有关质量政策、法律、法规、相关规定，建立、实施、保持和改进产品质量安全管理体系； 2.负责质量管理活动计划、组织、协调和指导； 3.组织制定产品质量安全制度； 4.为公司全体员工安排产品安全相关的培训和教育； 5.就质量管理体系的有关事宜与外部联络； 6.在整个公司内促进产品安全意识的形成、提升和巩固； 7.向总经理报告质量体系的运行情况和改进的需求； 8.对不符合产品质量安全标准规定的工艺流程原辅材料产品出厂检验、产品安全管理文件等，有最高处决权。 特此任命，即日生效。 　In order to achieve the companys quality and safety policy and objectives, and ensure the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the companys product quality system process, We hereby appoint Ni Jisong as the Product safety Person in charge (PSB) of the Company.In exercising the quality veto power, no one shall interfere. Plan, organize, coordinate and guide quality management activities; 3. Organize the formulation of product quality and safety system; 4. Arrange product safety-related training and education for all employees of the company; 5. Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system; 6. Report to the general manager on the operation of the quality system and the need for improvement; 8. Have the highest right to execute the ex-factory inspection and product safety management documents of raw and auxiliary materials of the process that do not meet the requirements of product quality and safety standards.
