沈阳师范大学学士学位论文 知识经济时代下乡镇公务员素质提升研究 PAGE PAGE # PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 国家的发展离不开乡镇的建设，现阶段我国国家治理现代化不断推进，对于乡镇的治理问题也越来越紧迫，加强乡镇治理，提高乡镇公务员的综合素质，能够对国家的发展起到至关重要的影响。很多乡镇在治理的过程当中积极调整模式、调整结构，研究者对于此方面的研究也存在诸多不同。乡镇公务员具有传达国家政治理念、强化国家与乡镇之间联系的重要纽带作用。对于乡镇公务员来说，如果存在综合素质较差的问题时，就应该积极的进行调整，不断强化自身的心理素质、政治素质以及文化素质，各方面都要对自己提出更高的要求。 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法对知识经济时代下乡镇公务员的素质提升进行研究并指出当前乡镇公务员的素质存在文化水平多为专科级、心理抗压能力低下、基本政治素质不均衡、道德素质建设难以保证以及业务素质水平难以提升的问题。 因此，本文建议乡镇公务员应提高学历层次、强化心理思想抗压素质、加大政治素养培养力度、加强道德素质建设以及完善自身的业务素养，这样才能进行乡镇管理工作。合理地运用手中的权力来化解工作当中出现的利益冲突问题，也能为乡镇百姓提供更好的服务，帮助百姓改善现在的生活质量、提高生活品质。加强乡镇的综合治理，更能够实际性地解决老百姓生活当中遇到的各种问题和困难。 关键词：乡镇治理；治理现代化；乡镇公务员；公务员素质 Abstract The development of the country is inseparable from the construction of towns and villages.
