液压式金属打包机结构设计与液压系统设计 2届毕业设计(论文)课题任务书 院(系):机械工程学院 专业:机械工程及自动化 摘 要 随着工业的发展，废金属材料大量产生，如何正确地对其进行回收利用已是一个迫在眉睫的问题。加速废钢铁的回收利用，既是人心所向，也是工业发展的现实需求。液压金属打包机就是在这样的社会需求下应运而生的。它可将各种金属边角料挤压成正方体、长方体、圆柱体等各种形状，使受压缩后的体积和尺寸符合炼钢炉入炉口的要求。这样既降低了废料运输成本和冶炼成本，又提高了生产效率和经济效率。 本论文主要是根据客户提出的要求与工作参数，详细阐述了液压系统和总体结构设计以及功能原理设计。设计过程中参考和部分借鉴了同类产品的设计方法与技术，融合了自己的想法，再根据设备的工作状态和环境，充分考虑到主机的设计、结构与布置，采纳了一些机械设计、电气设计和工艺设计方面工作者的建议，集思广益，尽量从更全面的角度对设备进行设计构思，以满足更多客户的需求，既做到设备的专用性，也考虑到一定的通用性。由于设计经验和理论知识有限，以及在PLC等方面的知识有限，本设备没有采用PLC控制，主要采用的是液压控制和电气控制。随着计算机 II 技术的发展，智能化将是一个大趋势。 关键词:金属液压打包机、废钢铁、冶炼、挤压 III 湖南工业大学本科毕业设计(论文) ABSTRACT With the development of industry, a lot of scrap metal materials appeared. How to properly recycle and make use of them is already an urgent problem. Accelerating the recycling of scrap metal materials is not only the aspirations of people,but also the real requirements of industrial development . Then, Hydraulic metal packer emerged as the times require. It could extrude all kinds of metal leftover materials into cubes, cuboids, cylinders ,etc to make compressed volumes and sizes according with the demands of steel furnaces. Such reduces the cost of waste transportation and smelting , and also improves the production efficiency and economic efficiency. This article states Hydraulic system and the whole structure design and function design principle in detail, mainly according to customers’ demands and working parameters. In the design process, the author consults part of designations and technologies of the same products, but also fusions his own ideas . Then he take the advices of some workers in mechanical design, electrical design and process design on the basis of equipments’ working state and environment. He pools the wisdom of the masses and design the equipment from the more point of view as far as possible, and considers the specificities and generalities of the equipment, in order to meet more customers’ requirement.
