污水处理中酸碱度控制仿真系统设计 【摘要】在污水控制系统当中，污水酸碱度即PH值是处理污水的一个重要的指标。 在工业生产中为了能够高效的，快速的，准确的处理污水，就需要准确的控制污水 的酸碱度。而本次的仿真设计旨在满足这一要求，设计出一套基础的酸碱度控制仿 真系统。在仿真系统设计当中应用了工控组态软件。在工控组态软件设计出与污水 酸碱度控制系统相对应的组态画面。并且在组态软件中编写出命令语言，包括画面 命令语言等，使得组态软件的应用更准确。组态软件选用组态王软件。酸碱度控制 仿真系统的控制器可选用西门子S7- 200 ，其中运用PID运算处理酸碱度的模拟量信号，并且将PID输出经转化后输入到 组态软件当中，控制执行器的动作。由于控制污水酸碱度需要酸碱两种试剂，所以 会采用分程控制来控制酸碱两个执行器。 【关键词】酸碱度控制 工控组态软件 西门子S7-200 PID控制 分程控制 I Design of pH Control Simulation system in sewage treatment 【Abstract】In the sewage control system, the pH value of sewage is an important index for sewage treatment. In order to deal with sewage efficiently, quickly and accurately in industrial production, it is necessary to control the acidity and alkalinity of sewage accurately. The purpose of this simulation design is to design a basic pH control simulation system. Industrial control configuration software is used in the design of simulation system. The configuration screen corresponding to the sewage pH control system is designed in the industrial control configuration software. The command language, including data change command language, is programmed in configuration software, which makes the application of configuration software more accurate. Configuration The software selects Kingview software. The controller of pH and alkalinity control simulation system is (PLC) Siemens S7 -200.The input signal of configuration software is processed by PID operation and output to configuration software.
