PAGE PAGE 2 互联网背景下供应链金融模式研究-以京东为例 摘 要 中小企业的发展状况对我国经济来说十分重要,但是融资难题作为一大难题一直出现在其发展的道路上。为了解决中小企业融资难的问题，供应链金融应运而生。其以质押供应链上下游企业产生的应收/预付账款作为手段，向供应链上的中小型企业提供资金。本论文对近些年来互联网金融和供应链金融的相关文献进行了梳理,阐述了传统应收账款、保兑仓、融通仓融资模式以及电商企业主导的供应链金融的运作模式,对比分析后得出传统供应链金融和互联网背景下的供应链金融的异同点，并总结出互联网背景下供应链金融的优势以及面临的挑战。京东是商务部等8个部门联合发布了《关于开展供应链创新与应用试点的通知》，的266个试点企业之一。文章选择对京东供应链金融模式进行深入研究，主要分析了京东金融创新性推出的几种供应链金融产品，包括“京保贝”、“动产融资”、“企业金采”等。通过对这些产品的运作流程、产品特点、风控机制进行探讨，发现优点的同时总结其问题,整个案例分析旨在为其他平台或企业在开展供应链金融业务时提供经验借鉴和创新思路。 论文对京东供应链金融模式进行分析后得出,未来供应链金融想要实现高质量的发展，就要完成从资源驱动到技术驱动的转变。要从金融科技着手，利用大数据、人工智能等技术从技术层面提高风险控制的水平，降低融资费 用。此外，金融机构想要更好的开展供应链金融业务，应当开拓业务范围，与不同的行业企业合作推进“产融结 合”，拓展多样化的业务内容，不局限于金融。这样才能搭建一个涉及面广泛、信息数据真实的生态圈，供应链金 融才能更好的发挥效应。最后根据案例分析的结果,论文得出了在当前互联网背景下如何促进供应链金融快速健康发展的启示。 关键词:供应链金融;京东金融;金融科技Abstract The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is very important to Chinas economy, but the financing problem as a major problem has been appearing on the road of its development.
