Operational management is the management of enterprise resources, through planning, design and control, in the production process of products and services, the effective use of raw materials, human resources, equipment and facilities to provide users with satisfactory products and services, thereby winning and maintaining the competitive advantage of the enterprise. Operational management is the core course of business administration.
