摘 要 目前,大学生就业竞争日趋激烈,已成为学生压力源的重要方面。面对就业压力,高校毕业生保有充足的就业自信心和对就业问题做出积极理性的应对显得至关重要。职业决策效能感是个人效能感在职业决策方面的具体表现,是求职者的主观心理因素。本文主要采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,基于国内外大量相关文献数据的研究,运用大学生就业压力应对方式问卷和职业决策自我效能感量表(CDMSE)调查了高校大学生的就业应对方式水平以及职业决策效能感现状,并分析了两者之间的关系。研究结果表明,不同性别和不同专业的大学生在就业应对方式上存在显著差异;不同性别大学生的职业决策效能感上存在显著差异;大学生就业应对方式和职业决策效能感之间存在相关性;大学生的就业应对方式可以通过大学生职业决策效能感水平预测出来。 关键词:大学生;就业应对方式;职业决策效能感;相关;预测性 衡水学院学士学位论文 ABSTRACT At present, the competition for employment among college students is becoming increasingly fierce, and it has become an important aspect of students stressors. In the face of employment pressure, it is very important for college graduates to maintain sufficient self-confidence in employment and make positive and rational responses to employment issues. Career decision-making efficacy is the specific manifestation of personal efficacy in career decision-making, and is a subjective psychological factor of job seekers. This article mainly adopts the literature data method, questionnaire survey method and other research methods. Based on the research of a large number of domestic and foreign related literature data, the employment pressure coping style questionnaire and the career decision self-efficacy scale (CDMSE) are used to investigate the college students’ The status quo of employment coping styles and career decision-making efficacy, and the relationship between the two are analyzed.
