Methods: Observe the 59 new arrivals body symptom， bio-chemical paramete， and having complication disease or not before withdrawing respirato when in mechanical ventilation. After withdrawing respirato， observe for 48 hou continually， if there is no need to use respirato once more， the respirator-withdrawal is successful， if they need to use the respirato again， the respirator- withdrawal is failure. Result: There are altogether 68 respirator-withdrawals in these 59 sick new arrivals. Among them， 49 respirator-withdrawals are successful， while 19 respirator-withdrawals are not; the failure rate is %. The facto to influence the successful respirator-withdrawals or not are: the lower body weight in premature birth， lung infection， septicemia， and the Apgar scores at birth. When comparing the respirator-withdrawal failure group with the successful group， the body weight， Apgar scores， lung infection， and the difference of septicemia incidence are of statistical significance(p).Conclusion: To those new arrivals with lower body weight and higher Apgar scores， the active and effective nuing can prevent the lung infection and septicemia and improve the success rate of respirator-withdrawal. 【Keywords】Mechanical ventilation respirator-withdrawals;New arrivals;Nuing 机械通气（mechanical ventilation，MV）是救治有呼吸衰竭新生儿重要的生命支持手段，能使新生儿的病死率大幅下降。但呼吸机应用的相关并发症却不容忽视。患儿撤机时机的正确把握是临床医生护士面临的较大难题。本
