What is Classroom managements? B
It is the way teachers organize what goes on in the classroom, the goal is to create an atmosphere conductive to interacting English in meaningful ways, it helps to run classes more smoothly. It is considered one of the most important factors that contribute to the efficiency of the teaching and learning activities.
Efficient classroom management can be achieved when the following six conditions are met.

eq \o\ac(○,2)The teacher provides clearer instructions.
eq \o\ac(○,3)The teacher asks appropriate questions.
eq \o\ac(○,4)Students are grouped in a way suitable for the learning activities.

What are the role of the teacher? B
(1).Before the class-planner
Before the class, the teacher is a planner, who plans what to teach, how to teach, and what result to achieve.
(2).During the class: controller, assessor, organizer, prompter, participant and resource-provider.
eq \o\ac(○,1)Controller: an appropriate degree of control of the teacher over the class is vital in formal language teaching, the teacher controls the pace so that activities run smoothly and efficiently.
eq \o\ac(○,2)Assessors: as an assessor, the teacher does two things, that is correcting mistakes and organizing feedback.
