PAGE PAGE 27 2008-2013年杭州市土地集约利用评价研究 摘要：在社会和经济不断发展的今天，人类对土地的需求和利用程度也在不断加深。不过，在利用土地的过程中，有时会因为利用方式不正确或利用程度的过度，导致资源的浪费和土地的破坏。这些土地的粗放型利用会导致我国经济持续可发展能力受到负面影响。开展城市土地集约利用评价，对合理开发利用城市土地和促进城市土地资源与经济社会持续协调健康发展有着重要的意义。本文以杭州市为例，以影响杭州市土地集约利用的社会、经济、生态三大方面作为因素层构建指标体系，结合杭州市的人文文化、传统风俗以及有关政策，对2008年~2013年的杭州的土地集约利用水平进行分析评价，发现杭州市目前的土地集约利用问题主要存在于社会因素以及生态因素中，通过探讨杭州市土地集约利用方式产生的影响，提出控制人口的增长、加强对生态环境保护的对策建议。 关键词：杭州市土地集约利用影响因素熵值法 Hangzhou city land intensive use evaluation on 2008-2013 Abstract: In the social and economic development, human demand for land use is also deepening.
