The environment of management the company is being faced with at present is taking a huge change and its competitive advantages are weakening, so it is most important to analyze the Company’s difficulties challenges and try to maintain and improve its the competitive advantages in special printer industry. The article takes SC Company as the example, uses the method of combining the theory with practice, aims at its difficulties and the expanding opportunity, analyzes three main problems on process management, quality management and human resources management, takes the advanced theory of management as the guide to make diagnosis and analysis, and raises tactics actions for management as per the actual situation of the company. Through the research, I hope the article can provide SC the methods how to improve the environment and competition. In the same time, it can also provide the references to the other typewriter or printer companies. The thesis covers five sections. The preface is a summary of introduction to the SC’s background, the characteristics of special printer, the developing opportunity and the difficulties SC faced with at present and the important meanings research methods of the thesis.
