可四轮定位四柱式汽车举升机设计 PAGE II 摘要 随着工业的不断发展,汽车的生产与销售已越来越走进大众的生活，汽车维修也变成了十分热门的行业。为了满足急速增长的汽车维修的需求，有人发明并不断改良各类汽车举升机。举升机的设计初衷就是为了托举汽车，是一种能将整辆汽车举升到指定维修高度的机器，这样就可以让维修人员更方便的工作。随着汽车产业不断发展、汽车车型品类的日趋丰富，汽修行业对举升机要求越来越高。举升机未来的发展不仅关乎着维修人员与车辆的安全，也会影响整个汽车维修行业的未来。 本文首先了解了举升机的定义。在经历了百年发展后的21世纪，相关技术已经非常成熟，不同的结构特点能满足复杂的社会需要。四柱式举升机的结构包括四根立柱、两根横梁、两个托举汽车的台板。要想本文设计的四柱举升机满足大多数家用汽车的维修需求，就必须要对市面上现有四柱举升机的结构与液压系统进行多方面的比较，最终才能做出合适的选择。针对这些举升机中的重要部件，要进行受力分析，然后进行计算校核，再画出总装配图以及重要部件的零件图。 本文设计举升机是液压举升机，只选用一个液压缸。为了让一个液压缸能完成举升的任务，需对液压系统进行了认真的分析计算，选择满足条件的液压元件。一个立柱安装电机，其他立柱通过钢丝绳来实现同步举升。针对设备可能出现的问题，进行两种保险装置的设计，保证设备在工作中承载稳定。经过改良后的四柱举升机支承载荷受力简单,能满足大多数家用汽车的实际需求，使用价值很高。 关键词 举升机；液压系统设计；四柱 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 Abstract With the continuous development of industry, the production and sales of automobiles have become more and more popular, and automobile maintenance has become a very popular industry.
