摘 要 II- 设计题目：苹果采摘传送装箱一体化设计 摘 要 在食品采摘运输和食品的生产中，单靠人工来完成水果类，等的采摘削是既费时、费力，而且采摘的效果也不好实现采摘运输。目前，市场上的苹果采摘传送装箱的机器，多为价格比较昂贵的大型果园采摘运输用设备。 本次的设计主要针对苹果采摘传送装箱及机，在查阅了大量相关文献资料的基础上，在先有的市场上进行了优化和改进设计，适用于食品生产和人们的生活中以及农民个体生产及一些小型工厂的果园用于生和采摘运输的机械。经过实际参数的设置和需求，符合理论计算，进行苹果采摘传送装箱及机相对应的数据校核，设计优化一种苹果采摘传送装箱及机，这种苹果采摘传送装箱及机可以采摘削多种，在市场上可以实现一机多用的作用。该苹果采摘传送装箱及机主要由采摘、带传送、装箱装置、及电动机组成，其实际的工作原理，是利用挂果类的自由落体的作用实现自动采摘，通过机械手的旋转将下料斗中的进行旋转成相对好采摘的位置，再通过传送带传送至采摘到下面，在传送带运动的过程中根据调节的采摘削长度来实现采摘削，最后成品由出料口出料。这样的设备实现了能够实现连续采摘以及实现出料，采摘数量、采摘到大小可调的功能，具有实现对多种采摘削生产率高、工作功耗低、操作安全可靠、能够保证的采摘运输质量好等优点。 关键词：；采摘苹果；传送带；设计计算 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 目 录 目 录 Abstract In the process of food picking and transportation and food production, it is not only time-consuming and laborious to finish fruit picking only by manpower, but also the effect of picking is not good.
